If you are a subscriber no data will be released to any outside organizations except as required by law. If you are a timing developer no data you provide TimerTrac.com as part of your registration or personalization will be released to outside organizations other than those subscribers to our service for whom the data is intended except as required by law. Timing signal developers will not be given any identifying subscriber information except aggregate information regarding all subscribers. TimerTrac.com reserves the right to disclose personal information when required by law.
